Serving size: 10 patties
What you need:
- 3 small to medium squash, shredded
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
What you need to do:
- Shred your squash and make sure to squeeze out all the extra liquids
- Add everything to a medium bowl and mix well
- Form into patty shape
- Saute in tablespoon of oil for 3 minutes then flip and cook 2 more minutes
- DONE!
